Yes! A non-refundable 34% deposit is required to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining two payments are broken up over a period of a few months, so you can confidently invest in your business with ease. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!

We believe we make the most impact on your business by creating a completely custom brand identity from the ground up. Most of the time when we combine past elements with new, it ends up looking like a hodge podge of elements and doesn’t achieve what a completely intentional brand design does. Total creative freedom for the brands entirety yields the best results!

I totally get it! We do offer one consultation call after the first branding proof. This call is optional, but it can be super helpful to talk through ideas. Beyond that, we ask for feedback through email or screen recordings — it keeps everything clear and easy to reference later.

The branding process takes about 4-8 weeks - if you do any add-ons that will add time. When the project starts we give you a full timeline of the project, so you know when to expect what.
